Owwwwww....
Well, just got done working out. Have a feeling I'm going to be a hurtin' pup tomorrow because actually it's about an hour after I worked out and my muscles are still kinda shaking. But they weren't while I was working out, so I didn't realize I might have been overdoing it.
Though I'd like to be 100% raw, I'm not above taking an ibuprofen when I do stupid stuff like that. I'll tough it out if possible, but if I'm immobile, all bets are off and pills are going to get in mah belly!
So I had some smoothie for breakfast, coffee (I know, I know) a salad at TGIFriday's for lunch, dates for a snack, then orange juice after working out. Probably all I'll have, though I am a bit hungry now.
