Not By Accident...
Health has to be a priority. It won't accidentally happen. I won't accidentally start eating properly. I won't accidentally break all my bad eating habits and addictions. I won't accidentally gain muscle and lose fat. It has to be a conscious decision. Daily. Momently.
For dinner tonight I had a chocolate banana almond mylk shake. I wanted to rummage the cupboards for something SAD, but made the shake instead. On purpose.
Health is not accidental. Reach for it!
